If you have discovered that your product is subject to a recall, you must stop using it immediately and return it to Decathlon.
- If your purchase was made in store
Return your product to any Decathlon store with your invoice in hand.
If you are unable to visit one of our stores, contact our customer service for guidance.
- If your purchase was made online
Return it in store with your invoice or by post after emailing customer service for instructions.
In either case, you will receive a refund or an equivalent model will be offered in exchange if possible.
